What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Which meal plans can I book?
Every room can be booked on bed only, bed and breakfast, half board or full board. Rates for each are shown on the room page and on our rate card.
What is the difference between half board and full board?
Half board includes breakfast and one other main meal. Full board includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.
How do I pay for a booking?
This website does not take payment. When you request a room we send you our payment details together with a booking reference. Quote that reference when you pay.
What currency are your rates in?
All rates are in Kenya Shillings and may change without prior notice.
Do you offer corporate or group rates?
Yes. Corporate and group rates are available on request. Contact reception with your dates and the number of guests.
Do you host conferences and meetings?
Yes. Half day conference packages are KES 2,500 per person, full day KES 3,000 per person and full board conference KES 7,000 per person. Hall hire, a public address system and a projector are also available.
Can you arrange transport?
Van shuttle hire is available from KES 7,000. Contact reception to arrange it.
